Who we are
Cromplex (“we”, “us”) operates this website at cromplex.com. If you have questions about this policy, email support@cromplex.com.
What we collect
Depending on how you use the site, we may process:
- Contact form. If you send a message via our contact page, we receive the details you enter (such as name, email address, business name, and your message). Submissions are delivered through our email provider (Resend) to our inbox so we can reply.
- Email. If you email us directly, we keep that correspondence in line with normal business practice.
- Technical data. Like most websites, hosting and infrastructure may log basic technical information (for example IP address, browser type, and request time) so the site can load securely and reliably. We do not use this site to run behavioural advertising or third-party marketing analytics.
Why we use your information
We use the above only where we have a valid reason, including to:
- respond to enquiries and provide our services;
- keep the website secure and fix technical issues;
- meet legal obligations where they apply.
Legal bases (UK / EEA)
Where UK GDPR or EU GDPR applies, we rely on appropriate bases such as contract (taking steps at your request before a contract), legitimate interests (running a small studio and replying to leads, balanced against your rights), and legal obligation where required.
Retention
We keep contact and email correspondence only as long as needed to handle your enquiry, manage any follow-on work, and meet legal or professional record-keeping requirements. Technical logs are kept for short periods according to our hosting provider's configuration.
Sharing with others
We do not sell your personal data. We share it only with processors who help us operate the site or inbox (for example our form provider and hosting/email providers), under appropriate terms, and only what they need to perform those services.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or restrict use of your personal data, and to object or complain to a supervisory authority. To exercise rights, contact us at the email above. We will respond within the timeframes required by applicable law.
Cookies
This marketing site does not use non-essential cookies for advertising or cross-site tracking. Essential cookies or similar technologies may be used by the platform so pages and security features work as expected.
Changes
We may update this policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top will change when we do; continued use of the site after changes means you accept the revised policy.
