Services
Cromplex provides web development, ecommerce development, and landing page design services. The specific details of each project are outlined in individual project proposals and agreements.
Project Agreements

- Ownership and intellectual property rights
Payment Terms
Payment terms are specified in individual project agreements. Generally, projects require a deposit before work begins, with remaining payments due at agreed milestones.
Intellectual Property
Upon full payment, clients receive ownership of the custom work created for their project. We retain the right to display completed work in our portfolio unless otherwise agreed.
Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for:

- Payment according to agreed terms
Limitation of Liability
We strive to deliver high-quality work, but we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or deliverables.
Termination
Either party may terminate a project agreement as outlined in the individual project contract. Termination policies and refund terms are specified in each agreement.
Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
