About Cromplex
You run the business.
We'll handle the craft.
A website should feel effortless to you, even when there’s a lot going on under the hood. We build it and look after it so you can stay focused on running the business.
Every site we make is bespoke, built by hand, and still looked after long after it goes live.

Why this works.
Zero downtime redesign
We build the new version alongside the old one. When it's ready, we switch. Your customers never see a gap or a "coming soon" page.
Faster and cleaner
Lighter pages, tighter navigation, fewer things competing for attention. The redesigned site just feels easier to use — and it loads faster, too.
A design that matches you now
Your business has grown since the first site went up. The redesign should reflect who you are today, not who you were three years ago.
Actions people actually take
Clear layout, obvious next steps. The goal isn't to look impressive — it's to make contacting you the easiest thing on the page.
Low-maintenance foundations
Clean, well-structured code underneath means updates and changes down the road feel straightforward, not stressful.
Polished, not loud
Design that earns trust quietly. No animations for the sake of it, no trends that age in six months.
How it works
How a project actually goes
- 01
A conversation, not a pitch
Twenty minutes on a call. We ask about your business, who you're trying to reach, and what's not working right now. No slides, no sales talk.
- 02
Structure before design
We map out the site — what pages exist, what each one needs to say, and how a visitor moves through them. Design comes after the thinking.
- 03
Built from scratch
Every line of code is written by hand. Speed, mobile, and search aren't added at the end — they're in the foundation.
- 04
Launch, then we stay
The site goes live, we walk you through everything, and we stay close for the first month. After that, still just an email away.
Straight answers
Questions people ask
Will my website go offline during the redesign?
No. Your current site stays live the entire time. We build the new version separately and switch over when it's ready — seamless for your customers.
How do I know if I need a redesign or a brand new site?
If the bones are good but the look and speed feel dated, a redesign makes sense. If the structure itself is the problem, a fresh build is the better move. We'll be honest about which one you need.
Will I lose my search rankings after a redesign?
We set up proper redirects and keep your URLs intact wherever possible. Ranking drops from redesigns almost always come from sloppy handoffs — that's not how we work.
How long does a redesign take?
Two to four weeks for a full redesign. Partial refreshes — just the key pages — can be quicker. We'll scope it clearly before we start.
